Book a northern lights tour

Tour duration: Approximately 4-10 hours (300km radius)

Starting location: Pickup from your accommodation in Rovaniemi (pickup available within 10km radius of the city centre)

Dates: Between August 15th - April 15th

Tour Description:

This is a true aurora hunting tour! Starting from Rovaniemi with a flexible start time, we will drive to a location where the weather models have determined that we will have the best chance of seeing the aurora. Whether it’s half an hour away or deep into Swedish Lapland, I want to see the aurora as much as you do so I’ll make sure to get there!

Once we have located clear skies and aurora, it’s time to enjoy the show and take document all the magic with my high quality mirrorless cameras and astrophotography lenses. All good photos taken on the night are provided to you at print quality within 2 doys of the tour, so you get great portraits under the aurora and aurora photos that can be used for artwork in your home!

  • Guarantee: If no Northern Lights are visible at all on camera, you will receive a 80% refund or I will offer you a free tour the next available day.

  • Private northern lights hunt: Send a message to inquire about availability for private tour.

  • Photography: All photos taken on the night of your tour and deemed ‘good’ by the photographer will be provided through Google Drive/Dropbox at full print quality resolution.
